How to use the new 2016 office features ?

At work, you need to use Office 2016. Every newer version has some new features added. If you are not proficient with Office 2016, watch my blog and make it easy for you to use it.
The first part, the use of Excel.
1.Turn the data in the table into graph mode.
2.Convert tabular and graphical data to dialysis tables.
3.Use smart find to change text to picture.
The second part of the use of Word.
1.You can share Word in your own account.
The third part of the use of Powerpoint.
1.Updated the new section, you can choose your own.Can also be shared with other people.
2.Use the function of Powerpoint to record video in webpage. Then insert into the Powerpoint.
